Banco Ciudad Hosts SME Seminar on Market Changes

Buenos Aires, November 2025. – Banco Ciudad organizes a new training event for SMEs and entrepreneurs through its SME Institute, with an event aimed at understanding the socio-cultural, economic, and generational changes that are transforming consumption, production, and business leadership.

The proposal focuses on understanding younger generations that are now entering the labor market with demands very different from traditional ones.

The event will feature two leading experts in their fields: Guillermo Oliveto, a specialist in microeconomics of consumption, and Pasty Lauria, an expert in leadership, organizational well-being, and innovation.

Guillermo Oliveto, president of Consultora W, is one of the most influential analysts in consumption and social behavior in Argentina, and his participation aims to offer a conceptual map to understand how people buy, what they value, and why generational change drives new market logics.

Next, Pasty Lauria, master coach, leadership and innovation consultant, and creator of the “NOT WORK” method, will present the conference “Leadership for Gen Z.” He argues that current teams require an integration between productivity, well-being, and purpose, and that leaders must learn to align expectations, motivations, and organizational dynamics to build resilient, collaborative, and high-performance work cultures.

The central objective of this day is to provide practical tools for companies to better interpret the behavior of new generations, adapt to the speed of the market, and develop leadership models suited to a rapidly changing environment.

Additionally, the event will include a space for exchange and networking among participants and specialists.

The event will be in person with limited spots. For those who cannot attend, it will be broadcast live on YouTube on the official Banco Ciudad channel.
